Roll/Cut Grooved Piping System is the most versatile, economical and reliable piping system available for nominal pipe sizes 2-1/2" to 16" and for pressures up to 750 PSI (52 Bar).
It is faster to install than welding, easier and more reliable than threading, thus resulting in lower total installed cost. The system is designed for roll grooved or cut grooved standard wall pipe in either carbon or stainless steel materials.
The pipe end preparation is fast and easy either in the shop or on the job site with the portable grooving tools. Style 07, 0-Flex® couplings are utilized, having a unique, patented angle pad design which constricts the housing keys into the rolled or cut groove around the full circumference of the pipe ends.
The couplings are supplied with FlushSeal® gaskets suitable for use with Petroleum and Mineral Base Oils. Gasket is readily identified as black in colour with an orange dot. The coupling body is painted gray for easy identification as compared to other similar couplings that may be supplied for use on other services such as air or water, with gaskets not compatible for Mineral Base Oils.
