Roll/Cut Groove - Assembly Procedure

Step 1: Cut pipe ends square, deburr and clean.	Step 2: Roll or Cut Groove pipe ends and clean.
Step 3: Slide the FlushSeal® gasket over one end of the pipe and insert the adjoining pipe end into the gasket.	Step 4: Position the coupling halves over the gasket ensuring the keys are seated in the roll or cut groove around the pipe. Tighten the coupling in position using the two carriage bolts and nuts.
